How long does shipping take inside the US?
In-stock orders are hand-prepared at our boutique studio and dispatched as soon as we can. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days once your package leaves us; expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your label is created.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — every US order of $69 or more ships free via standard service. Orders under $69 ship for a flat $8.99. We ship to US addresses only.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Transit times range from 6 to 14 business days depending on destination. Duties and taxes are calculated and pre-paid at checkout for most countries — no surprise customs bills.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Reply to your order confirmation email or write to [email protected] within 12 hours of ordering and we'll edit, hold, or cancel before the warehouse picks it.
What carriers do you use?
USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail for most US orders, UPS for expedited service, and DHL Express for international. The fastest available carrier for your zip code is selected automatically.

Are Pet Pouchy products non-toxic?
Every fabric, dye, hardware piece, and trim is independently tested to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and AZO-free certification. There is zero PVC, zero phthalates, and zero heavy-metal hardware. The same standards apply to chew-adjacent products like pouches, leashes, and slow-feeders.
What materials do you use?
Our signature pouches use full-grain Italian vegetable-tanned leather, recycled-polyester linings, and brass hardware that is nickel-free. Soft goods use organic cotton canvas, plant-dyed jacquards, and OEKO-TEX 100 cordage.
Where are your products made?
Pet Pouchy products are made by small, BSCI-audited workshops we have hand-picked for fair-wage standards and finishing quality. Each product page lists its country of origin. Every order passes a final QC inspection at our boutique studio before shipping.

How do I find the right size for my pet?
Measure your pet's chest girth at the widest point, just behind the front legs, with a soft tape measure. Compare that number to the sizing chart on each product page. If you're between two sizes we recommend the larger one — straps adjust down by 4–6 inches.
What if the size doesn't fit?
All sizing exchanges are free in the US for 14 days from delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number — we'll send a prepaid return label and ship the new size as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier.
Do you make products for very small or very large breeds?
Yes. Our core sizing covers chest girths from 11" (XXS, suited to teacup breeds and most cats) up to 38" (XXL, suited to large mastiffs and great danes). A few pieces also offer custom-sewn bespoke sizing — look for the "Made-to-Measure" badge.
Can the same harness be used on cats and small dogs?
Yes. The Adventure Harness in XXS through S is designed for both cats and small dogs (under 14 lb). The geometry follows feline anatomy first so cats can't twist out of it, and the same fit works beautifully on toy breeds.

What is your return policy?
Unworn items in original condition can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Sizing exchanges are always free in the US. Final-sale items (personalized engravings, last-call colors) are clearly marked at checkout.
How do I start a return?
Visit petpouchy.com/shipping-returns or sign in to My Account → Orders → Start a Return. The portal generates a prepaid USPS or UPS label instantly and walks you through packing instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Most banks then post the refund within 3–5 additional business days. You'll get an email at every step.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna (4 interest-free payments), and Afterpay. All transactions are processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 secure gateways.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is always available. Creating an account simply lets you save addresses, track orders, manage subscriptions, and earn loyalty rewards faster.

How do I wash a Pet Pouchy harness or collar?
Most soft goods are machine-washable on cold, gentle cycle, inside a mesh laundry bag, with a mild detergent. Air dry away from direct sun. Leather pieces should be wiped with a damp cloth and conditioned every 6 months with our complimentary leather balm.
How do I keep the colours from fading?
Air dry rather than tumble dry, store away from direct sunlight when not in use, and rotate between pieces if you have more than one. Our fabrics are AZO-free and naturally colour-fast, but UV is hard on every dye over time.

Yes. 1% of every Pet Pouchy order is donated to the ASPCA and a rotating roster of local rescue partners. We publish exact donation totals each quarter on our Giving Back page.
Are your packaging materials recyclable?
Every shipping mailer is 100% recycled and curbside-recyclable. Internal tissue is FSC-certified, dyes are soy-based, and our shipping tape is paper. We avoid plastic film entirely.
