How long until my order arrives?
Orders are hand-prepared at our boutique studio and dispatched as soon as we can. Standard US delivery takes 3–6 business days once your package leaves us. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your label is printed.
Can I edit my bag after checkout?
Reach out within an hour of placing the order and we’ll happily adjust quantities, sizes, or shipping address. After that, we’ve usually started packing.
What if it doesn’t fit my pet?
Every Pet Pouchy product is backed by our 14-day no-fuss return. Message us and we’ll send a prepaid label. Unused items in original packaging, please.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. Pet Pouchy currently ships within the United States only (50 states + APO / FPO / DPO). International shipping is on our 2026 roadmap — drop us a note and we’ll email you when we launch in your country.
